Instructor Absence Policy

At VinePath Mentoring, we are committed to providing every student with the full number of classes included in their session. If the instructor must cancel a class due to illness, an emergency, or other unforeseen circumstances, families will be notified as soon as possible.

  • Every effort will be made to notify families by 7:00 a.m. for morning classes whenever possible.

  • Classes canceled due to instructor absence will be rescheduled on a designated Tuesday selected by the instructor.

  • Families will be notified of the make-up date as far in advance as possible.

  • If a family is unable to attend the designated make-up class, they may elect to receive a prorated credit or refund for the missed class. Additional make-up classes will not be offered.

  • No refunds will be issued for the entire session due to a single instructor absence, as a make-up class or prorated credit/refund will be provided.

Thank you for your understanding and flexibility. This policy ensures a consistent schedule while providing a fair solution when unforeseen instructor absences occur.

Emergency Contact

Parents or authorized emergency contacts must remain reachable by phone while their child is attending class.
