Leadership Academy: Confidence, Communication & Character

A hands-on enrichment class where students build leadership skills through guided discussions, group activities, and real-world scenarios focused on communication, teamwork, and personal growth in a supportive environment. Lessons are differentiated by age group, allowing younger and older students to engage in developmentally appropriate activities while working through the same core leadership themes.

Includes:
• Leadership skills and character development (responsibility, integrity, respect)
• Communication practice through group discussions and activities
• Teamwork, cooperation, and problem-solving challenges
• Confidence-building through speaking and participation
• Social skills development in structured group settings
• Real-life leadership scenarios and guided reflection

1 day/week • 45 minutes
Ages 8–11 on Mondays or 12–15 on Thursdays | Class Size: 8–15
